The Madagascar Tourist eVisa is designed for foreign nationals visiting Madagascar for tourism and leisure. The official eVisa system currently supports tourist visas only and provides a convenient online application process. The tourist eVisa is a single-entry visa with a maximum duration of 60 days. Applicants create an online account, enter their personal and travel information, select their intended stay, and provide their arrival date. Payment is made online by card before the application is validated. Madagascar's official platform states that the electronic travel authorization is issued no later than 72 hours after validation. Travelers should download the authorization and keep a printed or digital copy available for inspection on arrival. The official platform should be used for applications to avoid fraudulent websites.
