The Tanzania Business eVisa is intended for eligible foreign nationals traveling to Tanzania for approved short-term business activities. These can include professional assignments, equipment repairs, short-term training, audits, feasibility studies, establishing business contacts, or arrangements connected with investments. Tanzania Immigration states that a Business Visa can be issued for a maximum period of 90 days and is granted on a single-entry basis. Applicants generally need a valid passport copy, return ticket, the applicable visa fee, and evidence of the business assignment, such as a work contract or supporting documentation. A Business Visa should not be used instead of a residence or work permit when the intended activity exceeds three months. Travelers should confirm the appropriate requirements before submitting their application.
