The Ethiopia Non-Governmental Organizations (NGO) Work Visa is relevant to foreign nationals travelling to Ethiopia to undertake work or activities connected with an NGO. Work-related travel is different from ordinary tourism, so applicants should use the appropriate visa and work-authorisation route. Supporting documents may include information from the employing or sponsoring organisation, depending on the applicant's circumstances. The exact requirements can vary according to the type of work, nationality and duration of stay. Applicants should ensure that their visa and any required work permit are arranged before starting activities in Ethiopia. The Ethiopian Immigration and Citizenship Service provides online services for visas and work permits, making it an important official source for current application requirements.
